These SMS & Automated Contact Policy & Terms apply to text messages and other automated or assisted communications sent by Vista Wine & Spirits (“Vista Wine & Spirits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to customers, prospective customers, and website visitors who contact us, request assistance, place an order, or otherwise provide consent to receive communications from us.
